This year ANGLE brought five previously un-produced writers from London’s East End to the stage; staging full productions and “productions without decor” of three plays: “Khadija is 18” by Shamser Sinha, “The Sea at Night” by Luciana Saldanha and “Commercial Rd” by Mina Maisuria and two readings: “Hard Time Killing The Floor” by Saeed Taji Farouky and “The Bog Down in The Valley Oh” by Michelle Forde as part of its TriANGLE09 season at The Hackney Empire.

We are currently building a new project for 2010- 2011...watch this space for updates and for our new “call for plays” in March 2010.
